ASEEDA (عصيدة )
Aseeda is a popular dish most common in Yemen, southern Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Libya, Tunisia, and Algeria, and parts of the Mediterranean. Although its recipe may change from one place to another, it looks like a lump made of wheat flour or a mixture of flours such as corn, millet. Aseeda is served with ghee (سمن) on top and eaten either sweet with honey or savory with meat broth.
