QFI supports K-12 students to study Arabic in summer programs run by some of the leading language institutions in the United States. QFI awards grants to the institutions which then allot need-based and merit-based scholarships to qualifying students. From 2011-2015, QFI supported 342 such students to attend the following programs. Each summer, QFI supports need-based and merit-based scholarships to K-12 students to enable them to participate in these intensive summer Arabic programs.
QFI is pleased to announce the opening of the Summer Study Grants program. As part of its mission to expand and increase access to Arabic language education, QFI will offer grants to K-12 summer Arabic programs to provide need and merit-based scholarships to qualifying students. Day and residential summer programs serving K-12 students are welcome to apply. This is a grant competition for organizations, not individuals.
